Yesterday Intel announced the launching of 5 new Mobile processors designed specifically for the most compact mobile PCs. These are Pentium III-M CPUs:
| Processor | Core clock frequency (and in eco mode) | Price | Average power consumption | Vcore | Technology | L2 cache |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Low-Voltage Pentium III-M | 933MHz (533MHz in eco mode) | $316 | <1W in eco mode | 1.15V/1.05V in eco mode | 0.13micron | 512KB |
| Ultra Low-Voltage Pentium III-M | 800MHz (400MHz in eco mode) 133MHz bus | $209 | <0.5W in eco mode | 1.1V/0.95V in eco mode | 0.13micron | 512KB |
| Ultra Low-Voltage Pentium III-M | 800MHz (400MHz in eco mode) 100MHz bus | $209 | <0.5W in eco mode | 1.1V/0.95V in eco mode | 0.13micron | 512KB |
And a few Mobile Celeron solutions for the budget market:
| Processor | Core clock frequency (and in eco mode) | Price | Vcore | Technology | L2 cache |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile Celeron | 1GHz | $107 | 1.4V | 0.13micron | 256KB |
