128MB and 256MB memory modules support 333MHz DDR with CAS=2.5 and cost $57.59 and $111.59 respectively. For a more illustrative comparison: some widely spread 256KB PC2700 DDR SDRAM noname memory modules built of Samsung chips cost around $82.
