Evidently, all chipset manufacturers must have come to an agreement to please each other by announcing all new products at CeBIT. Following VIA Company, NIVIDIA has presented its new chipsets.
As expected, new versions of nForce 420 and nForce 415-D with DDR333 support have been announced. Actually, the difference between nForce 620 and nForce 615-D, and their predecessors is in a faster memory support. It is the only difference between old and new nForce. <%BANNER[article]%>
Besides, NVIDIA has shown, that DDR400 mark is not something extraordinary for it. The Company’s booth has a working system based on nForce, which uses DDR400 memory from Samsung.
NForce 620 and nForce 615-D based mainboards supply will start in the end of the second quarter. The main manufacturers of such mainboards will be ASUSTeK, Leadtek and MSI.
