According to our unofficial sources, ATI will not show its new development, RV250 chip, at CeBIT (13-20 March) this year, as they have initially planned.
The delays with the new ATI product announcements have already become a common thing, so the info about ATI postponing the presentation of their RV250 looks quite credible. This way, if this info is true, at CeBIT ATI will be showcasing only two new products: RADEON 8500XT based on RADEON 8500 chip and working at 300MHz chip and 300MHz memory frequency, and a new A4 chipset with the integrated RADEON VE graphics core.<%BANNER[article]%>
Nevertheless, ATI’s partners manufacturing graphics cards will have access to engineering info about ATI’s upcoming RV250 and R300 solutions at CeBIT.
