Micro Start International will shortly start to sell its NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600-based graphics cards, PC Watch Japanese web-site reported today. It is very interesting to note that MSI has decided to install 256MB of DDR SDRAM memory on a model, making it the first pure consumer graphics card with such huge onboard frame-buffer.

The company will begin to sell its FX5600-TD256 and FX5600-VTDR128 graphics cards on the 10th of May this year in Japan. The former is equipped with D-Sub, DVI-I and TV-Out connectors; its main feature is 256MB of onboard DDR SDRAM memory. The latter is definitely a more interesting product since it also boasts with VIVO capabilities and comes with a remote controller that can be utilised using MSI’s Multimedia Center Deluxe II software that allows to generally simplify executing multimedia on a PC. MSI FX5600-TD256 and FX5600-VTDR128 graphics cards are clocked at 325MHz for core and 550MHz for memory.
