In the nearly official Detonator 45.23 drivers I noticed three yet-not-announced graphics cards among supported products: the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 SE, 5600 SE and 5900 SE. For sure, if NVIDIA adds products support, such products will come soon and, as always, we are very curious about every new GPU from the world’s largest supplier.

Unfortunately, there is not much information about the GeForce FX 5200 SE or 5900 SE graphics chips, but here is what we do know about the 5600 SE.

The GeForce FX 5600 SE is expected to be a relatively low-cost version of the GeForce FX 5600 with 256MB of memory. The product is designed for OEMs and SIs needs and may not become available in retail worldwide.

Based on the information about the GeForce FX 5600 SE, we can assume that the rest products in the “SE family” will also be kind of inexpensive and to too fast solutions not oriented on typical end-users who get graphics cards from retail stores. Nevertheless, since some may get such graphics cards in personal computers from various manufacturers, we will still keep our eyes on the topic.
