Club 3D announced officially its intention to sell graphics cards based on XGI Volari graphics processors rolled-out last month at Computex Taipei 2003. Club 3D company is mostly known for its broad range of solutions, including graphics cards based on GPUs  from ATI, NVIDIA, SiS and even PowerVR.

Club 3D is apparently the first company in the industry to announce its commitment to XGI graphics processors. The company claims it will be XGI’s major retail partner in Europe and will distribute the vast majority of XGI Volari solutions at different price-points in this market.

Besides, we managed to find out that XGI plans a serious advertising campaign across Europe and the USA to tell end-users about itself. The guys at Club 3D claim XGI to be a real competitor for graphics monsters of the decade – NVIDIA and ATI Technologies.

Top-to-bottom XGI Volari lineup will show up later this year with reviews coming out in mid- to late-October. Unfortunately, there is no information about the pricing of XGI Volari solutions, including the most powerful Volari V8 Duo graphics card featuring two graphics chips onboard.
