ATI Unleashes AIW RADEON 9800 PRO.

ATI Technologies today announced its most-powerful and feature-rich graphics card up to date, the ALL-IN-WONDER 9800 PRO. As always, the AIW graphics cards pack ultimate multimedia features with the latest innovations in 3D graphics.

The AIW 9800 PRO graphics cards is equipped with 128MB of DDR SDRAM memory and is based on the RADEON 9800PRO VPU that implements 8 rendering pipelines with 1 TMU per each as well as boasts with the DirectX 9.0 support. The graphics chip on a ALL-IN-WONDER 9800 PRO graphics card runs at 380MHz, while 256-bit DDR SDRAM memory is clocked at 680MHz. The novelty features one DVI-I, a video-in and a video-out connectors.

As all AIW graphics cards, the newcomer also comes with ATI’s Remote Wonder radio-frequency remote controller. Stereo TV-tuner supports up to 125 channels.

Among the software features, the following definitely worth a mention:

ATI’s new flagship multimedia graphics card, the ALL-IN-WONDER 9800 PRO, will be available this spring for $449  and complements the ALL-IN-WONDER 9700 PRO at $399, the ALL-IN-WONDER 9000 PRO at $199, the value-priced ALL-IN-WONDER 7500 at $149 and the ALL-IN-WONDER VE at $129.
