1:51 am | Yaroslav Lyssenko

Futurelooks has posted a review of an digital camcorder developed for shooting in extreme conditions. The Samsung SC-X105L is a compact, lightweight and easy to carry piece of hardware perfect for active people interested in the ability to capture different thrilling moments. With the help of the remote lens of the camcorder you can make shots while skiing or snowboarding.

Samsung SC-X105L boasts with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) technology which minimizes unwanted picture shaking caused by hand movement during recording. This digital camcorder is capable of MPEG4 (720x480/30fps) recording. The movie files can be stored on 512MB built-in memory or on additionally installed flash memory in Memory Stick or Memory Stick PRO form factors.

Camera body is pocket-size and offers a non-slip surface. The included external remote lens offers wide-angle capabilities, is weather-resistant, and allows for hands-free shooting. This digital camera also provides with multi function capabilities such as built-in MP3 player, voice recorder, data storage and can work as a web cam.

“Whatever annoyances there are with this camera, the benefits and PRO’s far out weigh them. This camera is AWESOME! The size, the construction, the video and sound quality, it’s all EXCELLENT! I said this before and I will say it again, Samsung has developed a product for the masses of the people to enable them to capture their favorite outdoor activities alone or with friends. The ability to capture moments in time and share them with your friends and laugh and smile at yourself time and time again is absolutely priceless! If Samsung continues to build sport complementing technology, I know future generation products will be better and better. Through user feedback and reviews such as this, the engineers will fine tune and tweak the product to make it the best it can be.  If you love your active sport and want to have even more fun, I would highly recommend picking up the Samsung SC-X105L. Play safe and see you on the mountain,” concludes Futurelooks.
