Despite of certain expectations, television did not eliminate newspapers and the Internet did not abolish television. While a lot of people spend a lot of time on the Internet, they still watch TV and sometimes it makes sense to converge the TV and the Web in one single PC.

There are different methods to enable TV on a PC, including an internal tuner card, an external tuner device, a special gadget that will transmit TV-signals to your PC and a number of others.
