Madshrimps has posted another article about using dry ice, or frozen carbon dioxide. This new issue provides an updated detailed guide on how to reach sub zero temperatures with using the dry ice, including how to build cooling-containers, mount them on a processor or graphics card and how to protect you hardware in such extreme environment. The author also managed to overclock Intel Pentium M 730J microprocessor from stock frequency of 1600MHz up to 3160MHz.

“Asus P4C800-E Deluxe rev; 1.03 featuring a vdroop mod, vcore mod and kyosen vdimm mod, in short, ready for over-volted action. The sweet spot of the CPU was found after only a couple of minutes, the Dothan 1.6GHz tops out at 3160Mhz, which is extremely close to a 100% OC!”, reports Madshrimps.
